FAQs

Art Shipping
Originals

Originals 8.5 x 11 and smaller  are shipped in a particle board backed acetate sleeve unless otherwise listed.

Framed art will be shipped in a frame box with bubble wrap or other protective packaging materials.

As an environmentally conscious tiny business, I do my best to reuse clean packing materials whenever possible.
Art Shipping
Prints

All prints are shipped rolled in mailing tubes.
Why are the prints shipped in tubes?

This is the most durable method for sending prints so they are not damaged. My art printer in the US will send them in in a long cardboard shipping container. This ensures the art is never folded.
How to flatten rolled art prints

It is best to flatten right when you get the prints. The best method is to smush it between two clean, heavy books. Alternatively, you can pin down all 4 corners. This should take a day or two. Once these fine art prints are framed, you won’t be able to tell they were rolled to begin with.

What if the print arrives damaged?

Please take a photograph and contact me with your order number as soon as possible. I would love to resolve any issues quickly and get your new print to you!
